Absolutely stunning, would definitely return again

The breakfast was gorgeous and there was a wide variety of foods to choose from, the location was beautiful and the hotel had lots of facilities such as restaurants, a bar, a rooftop pool and bar and it was overall very enjoyable.

My only complaint would be that the wifi and connection was terrible in the rooms, but somehow better on the rooftop pool, other than that, everything was perfect

Would have been a lovely hotel in it's day, needs a serious upgrade.

Reception moved us to a room with the view - we booked and paid for. Breakfast was excellent.

The missing tiles on the shower floor, the very small shower, and bathroom, in fact the entire place could do with a revamp. The cheap plastic chairs on the balcony - actually would be dangerous to some of the larger men we saw at breakfast. The stairs down to the street are also very dangerous. There is a strong sewerage smell around the pool area. Please, please stop playing Karaoke outside, night after night, keeping people awake or just plain annoying them.

Location, amability of the staff, view from the balcony, next to the bus station and La grotta - the most interesting point of Paleokastritsa for fun, music, boats

The cleaning woman always entered in our room to clean it without knocking on the door. Every single day she did that. Luckily I was dressed up, but it’s totally not normal to not knock on the door. I ended up putting a chair next to the door so she couldn’t enter. Crazy

Overall good experience and good value for money

Amazing location, plenty of beautiful beaches nearby (the closest was like 200m away from the hotel). 2 pools available which was very convenient. A bus stop right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good and everyone could find something for themselves. Hotel was overall clean and comfy. AC in the room is a big plus and the view from the balcony was nice

One of two single beds was extremely loud, making it hard to fall asleep. Even the smallest movement was causing big noise. There was no soap/shower gel in the shower. Upon our check-in we informed the reception about it and it was refilled by the staff however it was only enough for one shower. Throughout the whole stay not even once was it refilled and we had to buy our own shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast was nice but it lacked some fresh fruit and more traditional options. Also, the cleaning staff rearranged our things while cleaning the room which we were surprised with as it never happened to us before. Personal belongings from night stands were moved to a desk, clothes were put in our luggage or hanged in the closet. I don’t think it should be allowed.

The view is great and breakfast is awesome

The beds were ok but the pillows were either huge or flat no in between. The view was awesome and is in a good location. Free parking, but if u go out for the whole day there will be no spots left when you get back. Breakfast was amazing! So much to choose from!

Worth the money. Works for a few days :)

Great location next to the bar La grotta. Big pool area and a lot going on on the hotel. Big and clean. The area nearby is great but not too much to do for a week. Quiet.

The hotel can still improve its conditions but besides that it’s ok.

The food is very good and varied, but the beverage options need improvement. The reception staff was very helpful and provided band-aids when needed. Some staff members are quite friendly and accommodating. Many thanks to the hardworking staff for their efforts.

If I return to this hotel in the future, I will personally request an all-inclusive package to ensure a comfortable experience, as the current approach makes me feel overly monitored by the staff. I couldn't find a decent coffee, and the quality of the juices was subpar. The facilities are satisfactory, but there are significant issues with the internet, particularly on the east side of the building, where I had no signal at all. Installing additional routers would greatly improve connectivity for all guests. Aside from this, the location is superb, with a perfect score for its setting. The property is well-maintained, but the rooms could benefit from modernization, as they feel outdated, lacking adaptation to current standards. Additionally, the nightly rates in Corfu are generally high, and the accommodations do not always meet the expected standards.

Great location

Hotel and rooms have a lovely view and location is great. Staff were nice and breakfast had good variety.

Room could be a lot cleaner, grim on the showerhead and shower. Hotel could do with some upgrades and modernisation, very basic and no toiletries.

Beautiful view

Staff friendly, we were given a sea view room free of charge. Rooftop pool fantastic. There was always a parking space right outside the hotel.

There is no soundproofing in the room at all, you can hear everything going on in the hotel behind the door, every step, every movement. There is no fresh food (fruit, vegetables) for breakfast. Bad internet in the room.

Fantastic holiday.

Location is the best in the area and views breathtaking.

Beds quite hard and walls thin. However the location makes it worth it and cannot complain about the pools. Breakfast not great but can get by with toast, beans and eggs. It is what it is, needs some love but I’d definitely consider staying again however the review is based on a suite room.

Overall a great stay and would recommend on basis that entertainment does not go on until 2am

Great room with lovely special touches for anniversary celebrations. Good range of facilities.

One nights entertainment was incredibly disturbing when trying to sleep, the music did not stop until gone 2am which we felt was unacceptable. Private pool filtration stopped working but this was fixed quickly.

But overall, we tried to enjoy, even sleeping at this hotel was not comfortable at all.

The view was amazing, also the staff and the breakfast, i liked also the view from the window, the morning and the places near the hotel. It has parking and also many spaces.

I got disappointed from the rooms, they were old ones, i think they should make an investments in the beds and also in the general accommodation of the room.

What a location.

Location is amazing with a spectacular view. Close to beaches, breakfast was excellent for all palates. Had dinner I one night, not included in room price but was excellent buffet at cheap price.

Don't have acceptable wifi in the rooms. Need to go to general areas for wifi.

Stunning views & Excellent service

The staff were lovely the entire trip and made us feel really welcome. The buffet style restaurant was super convenient and the pool was a great spot to spend the day relaxing. The view was absolutely stunning!

The beds were a bit uncomfortable. There wasnt anything in the room telling you about the facilities or things to do in the area. The lady told us at check in but it was hard to remember everything. We had no mobile service or wifi service in our room except on the balcony. It was available in the restaurant/reception and pool area though.
